AISIN Warranty Information

The following is a summary of manufacturer warranty terms. This summary in no way modifies or supersedes the original terms.

AISIN warrants AISIN product (Products) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days or 12 months from the date of purchase thereof and installation thereof on the consumer’s vehicle, or 12,000 Miles, (20,000 kilometers) whichever occurs first.

The following will void the AISIN warranty:

• AISIN products not installed and used in strict conformity with specifications described in the most up to date AISIN catalog for such installation and operation
• Products which have been altered, improperly installed, maintained or repaired, or damaged by accident, negligence, or misuse
• Obsolete or discontinued items will not be accepted

Any products for warranty claim hereunder must be returned must be accompanied by an explanation of circumstances and conditions under which they failed. AISIN and Sixity Auto reserve the right to examine all products returned to it for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such products have failed because of a defect in material or workmanship.

Note: Fuel pumps and or filters and injectors are considered to be hazardous materials once exposed to the fuel. Transportation of such items is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations 49 CFR 173.4 for shipping a limited quantity of dangerous goods (residual gasoline).
