How We Ship
We ship from our strategically located warehouses on the East and West Coasts to deliver your products to you quickly and safely. Note: We currently only ship within the U.S. We're sorry, but no local pickups are available.
Products are shipped via a range of shipping carriers, including USPS, Amazon Logistics, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We estimate delivery of 2-5 business days for most items. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Expedited shipping options may be available for your order. You will see any available options in your shopping cart along with our standard free shipping. These options are available for you to purchase, and will be sent via FedEx or UPS. Orders placed before 1pm ET/10am PT on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Read more about expedited shipping here.
Accepted Payment Methods
Sixity Auto accepts payments via PayPal and Google Pay, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued by major U.S. banks. We never store credit card numbers.
We also integrate with Amazon Pay which enables you to login to SixityAuto.com via your Amazon.com account and pay with any saved credit cards on your Amazon account. We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, or cash.
Please note: by law, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders based on your shipping address, and the amount will be displayed during checkout. If you have a valid tax-exempt reseller certificate, click here.
Returns
Many of the parts we sell at Sixity Auto only work with specific vehicles. We include fitment details whenever possible to help you choose the right product for your vehicle. Please feel free to contact us with any product or fitment questions. Visit our Returns page for all the details on our Return Policy and to initiate a return.
If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Please note, if a product is returned to us from the postal carrier due to an undeliverable address, wrong address, etc, we will refund the full amount of your purchase less our shipping costs.
View Your Orders & Update Account Information
When you place an order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. You’ll then receive a separate second email with tracking information when your order ships. Visit our Order Status Page to track your order. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for live tracking information to appear.
If you have an account on our website, you may also login to track your order. Once you are logged in, select "View Order" and then "Track Your Order." By logging in to your SixityAuto.com account you will be able to view current and past orders details, as well as update your account details, such as saved shipping addresses, your email address, and your product wish list.
