ADVICS Warranty Information

The following is a summary of manufacturer warranty terms. This summary in no way modifies or supersedes the original terms.

ADVICS ULTRA-PREMIUM BRAKE PADS, DISC BRAKE ROTORS, BRAKE MASTER CYLINDERS, BRAKE WHEEL CYLINDERS, BRAKE BOOSTERS, and BRAKE DISC CALIPERS are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. Each is warranted for twelve (12) months or twelve thousand (12,000) miles/twenty thousand (20,000) kilometers (whichever occurs first) from the date of installation, and under normal use and service. Written notice of noncompliance with this limited warranty must be provided within 30 days of purchase. Thereafter the warranty is void.

ADVICS expressly disclaims and excludes any and all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

ADVICS’s obligation is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product and does not include any costs of removal of the defective product or installation of the replacement product. To the extent permitted by law ADVICS shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, or incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty (express or implied), contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory and arising in any way in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, use or repair of the product.

Parts must be returned in the original packaging and must include all components.
