Secondary Air Injection System

Emissions regulations have led to parts that control, reduce, or monitor the amount and flow of toxic gasses. Many of these are exhaust components, ranging from revised exhaust manifolds to improve exhaust flow, or EGR Control Valves to recirculate gasses used in turbocharged engines. Other components, such as Catalytic Converters, are relatively new additions and help break down gasses into carbon dioxide and water. Common issues like clogged converters or a faulty Car EVAP System not only mean raised fuel use and emissions but will also impact engine performance and longevity.
